What is the Indo-Dutch Cyber Security School?
The Indo-Dutch Cyber Security School is an annual, large-scale event organised by a number of Dutch and Indian organisations for young professionals interested in cyber security issues. The central goal of this school is to give interested students and young professionals the opportunity to grow professionally as well as academically in the sphere of cybersecurity. Are you an experienced or early-career professional interested in cybersecurity?
Register here for the 8th annual IDCSS, taking place from October to November 2025, offering 20 lectures on a wide range of cybersecurity-related topics from renowned experts. Additionally, IDCSS offers the opportunity to work on real case studies provided by leading Indian and Dutch organisations.
It should be noted that there is only a limited number of places available. You do not need to have a background in cybersecurity or any directly related field of study, but we are looking for candidates who are highly motivated to kick-start or further develop their knowledge in the field of cybersecurity.
What is the IDCSS25?
The IDCSS program consists of two parts.
The first part takes place in October 2025 and consists of 20 lectures from renowned experts on a wide range of cybersecurity-related topics, such as ethics, accountability, hardware security, incident response, data protection, norms, and governance. This year, the new topics of Cryptography and Artificial Intelligence will also be introduced.
The second part will take place from the end of October until 1st week of November 2025, where groups will work together on case studies provided by leading Indian and Dutch organisations and pitch their findings to a panel of experts that will subsequently determine the best proposal(s). The members of the best teams will be awarded distinctions and certificates!

Module 3:
1) AI: A Double-Edged Sword - Threat Actors Leveraging AI for Attacks vs. AI-Powered Threat Detection
2) Cybersecurity of Operational Technology (OT)
3) The Quantum Threat to Cryptography
4) Automotive Security
Certifications:
- Professionals who successfully participate in the IDCSS will be rewarded with an official certificate. Two types of certificates will be handed out, one for participation in the lectures and the other for the successful completion of the projects.
- Two types of certificates will be awarded.
- The participation certificate will also carry 60 CPE points.
Note: The certification is an automated process. In order to be eligible for certification, professionals are required to use their official credentials (for example, first name, surname and email) and use these consistently.
Registration Fee:
A nominal registration fee will be charged of ₹3000+ 18% GST.
