Who Can Attend the POSH Workshop?
This workshop is open to all employees, managers, HR professionals, and leaders who play a critical role in fostering a safe and respectful workplace. The session will be particularly beneficial for:

- Effective Communication and Sensitivity Training: Enhance skills in handling sensitive conversations, reporting incidents, and fostering open communication while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Adult Learning and Training Techniques: For HR and leaders responsible for POSH training, understand adult learning principles, use of visuals and PPTs, audience engagement techniques, and creating a compelling need to learn.
