HUE KNOW ME - A Workshop on expression through Art

About the Event
We as humans have emotions. These emotions hide behind our experiences in the world, our relationsships, our belief systems, our happiness and our stress. Each of us has a way in which we cope and function in our life. If we are unable to do this by ourselves, some of us talk while some of us don't. Some use other forms of release mechanisms that form creative explosions. Some write, some sing, Some dance, some paint. We all express in ways that give us an identity.
'Hue Know Me' is that open diary of emotions that we will learn to use to express any form of art to embrace our emotions as our identity for that fleeting moment and eventually releasing ourselves from them
The Process
Identify Experience • Identify Emotion • Expression through Art • Inspiration and Influences • Learning and Understanding Release • Expression of Art through Colour • Expression of Self/ Sharing
‘Hue Know Me’ is an experience that empowers each one of us to find our own form of release. It helps us to identify and also accept who we are. It also gives others a better understanding of who we are which will help us to communicate, share and relate to each other in a more compassionate way.
