ICF Chennai Charter Chapter in collaboration with other India Chapters is proud to host ICF India Conclave 2021.

India is one of the fast-growing markets for coaching, with a vibrant ecosystem of over 1000 credentialed coaches. We believe that a combination of coaching and growth mindset would address the global crisis being dealt with from early 2020. Against this backdrop, the ICF India Conclave 2021 focuses on the theme: ‘Coaching for Growth - Individuals, Teams, Organizations, Systems [ITOS], and is scheduled on August 26, 27 and 28, 2021.

This exciting, unique and completely virtual Global conclave hosted from India will cover wide ranging topics and examine how ITOS can harness and manage emerging challenges and opportunities. The Conclave will showcase the power of ‘Coaching for Growth’ and why the world needs this direction now, more than ever! The strategic vision of the CFG ITOS 2021 is in line with the ICF vision of Coaching being an integral part of a thriving society. It aims to create Coaching Awareness in the region across different sections of society.

The speakers at this event will include acclaimed global leaders, thinkers and change makers from established fields, who will address the attendees, and share insights, experiences and global perspectives on Growth and Coaching.

This conclave would attract over 1000 participants on all three days. It will include the best minds from India and world, drawn from diverse fields. We will be joined by thought leaders, coaching practitioners, coaching clients from organizations as well as individuals, students, professionals and community activists from private, public and not for profit development sectors, who will come together to learn, share and connect. We are aiming to curate an engaging and energizing mix of ideas and best practices that would cross-fertilize, seed and nurture the spirit of GROWTH in varied sectors.
