The IIA is a very intense programme spanning over three weeks. With this program we will be able to help guide your idea into a potential business plan and would cover Idea Validation, Idea Refinement, Financial Assumptions, Resource Management, Team Building, Market Research, Idea Pivots if required. Its starting point is you – a person with an idea ready to find its market. This programme is designed to provide each participant extensive mentoring and field work so that they evolve a complete financial, strategic as well as operational roadmap for their idea.

 

Program Structure

 

Essentially, the programme is split into three modules:

 

Module 1: Will cover Idea Validation, Resource Planning, guides you to visualize your market, estimate its size, defining who is your customer and conversion of projected numbers into financial plan

 

Module 2: Market Validation, Engagement with targeted customers and getting real insights from customers

 

Module 3: Putting the market feedback into their plans, idea pivots (if required) and training for a pitch

 

At the end of the program you will get clarity about your idea, complete feasible business plan, participation certificate and shortlisted projects can pitch for various schemes at iCreate.
