OKRs and Agile metrics are used in a variety of ways as companies do not have a clear industry guide on what to use and why they should be using it. This in general has led management to focus on the wrong areas, which in turn has led to the wrong behaviors from teams and customers; therefore becoming less Agile. By providing a succinct guide to management on the right Agile OKR and metrics team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction can be increased.
