Along with being a faculty and Corporate Trainer with ICBI, Poonam is also a Facilitator & Coach (group & 1-1) for Leadership Development with a USA based global leadership development firm. She works with an online educational start-up as a Managerial Skills Instructor for young professionals.
Poonam is also a Master Trainer with an NGO and a part of their committee to design Student Leadership Programme across schools.
She also takes up one-to-one Coaching, Mentoring & Consultation for entrepreneurs in Start-Up space and entrants in field of Image Consulting & Corporate Training.
