Position Description: Engineer Trainee

Package: INR 4,01,986 Per Annum

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2019 & 2020 batch of BE/ B. Tech/ ME/ M. Tech- CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, and other Circuit Branches only
• Minimum 10+2+4 years of education (All in full time)
• First-class (50%) in 10th, 12th, UG, and PG (Full time/Regular courses)
• No standing arrears in the current education
• Not more than 24 months of a gap in education
• Strong written and communication skills
• Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India, work in any shift/domain
• Should be an Indian National

Job Description:

• Non Service desk associate has a wide range of activities spanning from Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Analysts need to monitor the production servers, scheduled jobs, incident management, and receiving incidents and requests from end-users, analyzing these and either responding to the end-user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking and should have fair analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills handling internal and external customers.
• An associate should be open to work in 24/7 shifts, any location, and should have an assertive frame of mind while executing the day-to-day tasks.
