Topic of Discussion
While the Lean Startup is a methodology for Startups, it helps create products that customers want and hence can be applicable to a considerable extent for Intrapreneurs who are building new products too. While it is a vast and varied subject, the goal of this discussion is to introduce key Lean Startup concepts and see how a Product Manager can adopt them in their product building cycles.
