About the Event
Stargazing at Igatpuri:
Igatpuri campsite is famous for water sports like kayaking, lake boating and swimming. Campsite is located in dark spot ideal for astrophotography. Band of Milky way galaxy is visible during summer at the campsite for certain period of night. You can capture some amazing time lapse star trails and band of Milky Way galaxy images.

Stargazing Igatpuri Costing:
- Coming by your own vehicle: Rs. 1600/- per person
- By Train (Kasara to Kasara): Rs. 2000/- per person
- By Bus (Andheri to Andheri): Rs. 2600/- per person

03.00 pm Meet at Kasara railway station and begin travel to the base by local jeeps.
On the way halt for Lunch. (by your own)
06.00 pm Reach Stargazing camping site.
06:30 pm Evening tea and snacks.
07:30 pm Orientation to the Night skies.
08:00 - 9:00 pm - Constellation session 1.
09:00 - 10:00 pm - Telescope viewing session.
10:00 pm Dinner.
11:00 pm Music session.
Day Two:
012:30 am - 1:00 am - Constellation session 2.
01:00 am - 1:30 am - Telescope viewing session 2.
02:00 am Rest.
06:30 am Wake up call.
08:00 am Have breakfast.
10:00 am Check-out camps and prepare to leave for Kasara.
11:30 am Reach at Kasara station and disperse.

12:00 pm Start journey towards Harihar.

01:15 pm Pick up at Teen Hath Naka, Thane.
Lunch on the way at Igatpuri. (by your own)
06.00 pm Reach Stargazing camping site.
06:30 pm Evening tea and snacks.
07:30 pm Orientation to the Night skies.
08:00 - 9:00 pm - Constellation session 1.
09:00 - 10:00 pm - Telescope viewing session.
10:00 pm Dinner.
11:00 pm Music session.
Day Two

- Any kind of cost which is not mentioned in the cost includes above
- All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like roadblocks, bad weather

- Some ready to eat food. Plum cakes, Biscuits, etc

- Camera with extra batteries
- Equipment for night photography (tripod, lenses, etc.)
- Identity proof (must)
Cancellation Policy:
- 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
- 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
- No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
- No show No Refund.
- Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
- Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
- If Trek gets canceled from our side, we will refund "Trek Amount" only.
- If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
