With over 20 years of IT experience in delivering business critical large projects and programs Venkat coaches professionals in building skills to find effective solutions for the problems in a scientific way. In this Masterclass, Venkat will shed some light upon the model framework that will help managers deal with complexities and manage their resources by identifying their current situations correctly and so forth to align their actions accordingly.
