 My motivation in creating Mandala Art was to Meditate and Calm my mind, body and soul. This is what made me preach this art and teach people Create patterns and Meditate whilst drawing.

Here's what you will learn in this 10 hour Workshop:

• Brief history on Mandala Art
• Learn the basics of Mandala Art form
• Knowledge about different Shapes and fillers
• Step to create basic patterns
• Creating a Basic Mandala using the Patterns

• Creating a Mandala pattern sheet(Approx. 40-50 different Variations of Patterns)
• Ideas on how to combine different art forms with Mandala Art

• Construction of Circular grids
• Construction of Square grids
• Construction of different Variations of circular grids
• Construction of different variations of Square grids

• Basic techniques to draw a Circular Mandala, using patterns (from day 2) in the grid
• Steps to balance a design for symmetry
• Steps to work on aesthetics of the design

• Basic techniques to draw a Square Mandala, patterns along with construction of mandala grids
• Steps to balance a design for symmetry
• Steps to work on aesthetics of the design

Materials Required:

• Sheets(A4 or bigger)
• Pen (Fine liners or gel)
• Pencils
• Scale / eraser / compass(circular)
• Protractor
