His repertoire of work experience includes fund raising through IPO, Private Equity investment, debt syndication, merger & amalgamation, corporate governance and Board management, Commercial Litigation & Land Acquisition. He has been actively involved in contentious drafting, negotiation and finalization of legal documentations including RHPs, documentations for PE investments and for various corporate commercial transactions loan documentation and rendering opinions and advice on Indian laws and regulations in this regard
