Join us for Moon Light camping at Nature Picnic Park campground Pargaon Saphale East on 20th March 2021.
Itinerary:
Day ONE : 20th March 2021
• 5 pm: Check in at our campsite Registration and tent allotment
• 5.30 pm: Enjoy high tea with snacks. roam around the property and explore different selfie points. Make friends and chit chat with other campmates.
• 6:30 pm: Introduction Camping Activities / Games
• 7:30 pm: Audio-Video Presentation / Open Air Screen Movie / Moon Gazing
• 8:30 pm: Enjoy the ambiance with Bonfire and Live Music.
• 9:30 pm: Dinner will be served Buffet style. Grab a table and feast on our delicious Veg food and sweet.
• 11:30 pm:
• 12 am: Retire for the day enjoy the Tent Stay.
At the Registration Desk we will check the Temperature of each Participant and Oxygen Level (if required).
Accommodation will be in tents (sharing basis). Each tent can accommodate 2 or 3 people.
Every person gets a soft bedding & pull-over. Cozy enough for a peaceful night.
Day TWO : 21st March 2021
• 7 am: Wake-up call
• 7:30 am: Explore the adjoining hilly terrain and Mini Forest
• 8 am: Tea and Breakfast.
• 9 am: Check out

Health Safety and Precautionary measures to be followed mandatorily:
1. COVID-19 Compulsory Instructions to be followed by each participant
2. All Safety measures are taken as per Government Guidelines
3. Maintain at least 1-meter distance from others and wear a mask if you cannot guarantee this distance. Carry extra Mask’s
4. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or use a hand sanitizer.
5. Cover a sneeze or cough with a tissue or bent elbow and immediately dispose of tissue in a closed-lid bin.
6. Avoid touching eyes nose and mouth.
7. Use of Personal Hand Sanitizer is encouraged and appreciated.
8. Make sure that you’re not in contact with any person who was tested positive in the last 14 days or travelled from other state/country.
9. Personal Water bottle ½ Litre (Mandatory).

Camp Manager has the right to make last-minute changes in the event depending on the situation his/her decision will be final and binding.
Cancellation Policy:
• 7 days prior to the event - 50% amount will be Non-Refundable.
• 3 days prior to the event - 70% amount will be Non-Refundable.

Q&A:
1. Is washroom and changing facility available?
Ans: Yes we have properly built brick and bison panel washrooms
2. What is the age group criteria?
Ans.: Any age group can enjoy at the campsite as it is fully safe. We have a college group reunion camping company team outing family picnic and many more.
3. How to reach campsite?
Ans:-.There is TAR-Road till our campsite so you can bring your own vehicle. If you are travelling by Train you can alight at Saphale Railway station and can catch shared auto/taxi till campsite.
4. How will be the Stay Facility?
Ans: The stay will be in a tent (sharing of 2/3 basis) along with the bedding blanket and pillows.
