MOS Sports Day

 

Dear Colleagues,

We are happy to announce the most awaited event the MOS Sports Day Celebration. 

Mark your dates and stay tuned for more details !  

Date: Saturday 10th June and Sunday 11th June 2023.

Time: Morning 9 am to Evening 5 pm

Venue: PYC Hindu Gymkhana, Bhandarkar Road, Pune - 411004.

Food: 

• Breakfast and lunch on 10th and 11th June 2023 to all the sports event participants.
• Canon Photography Workshop (6-8pm) followed by Dinner on 10th June 2023.

Registration fees (INR): Online registration is open only till 11.59pm 20/05/2023. Please note that gateway charges+convenience fees will be levied on the total amount as applicable. Fees structure is as under:

• MOS member 1 sport: 300 + 18% GST.
• MOS member 2 & more sports: 500 + 18% GST.
• NON MOS member 1 sport: 500 + 18% GST.
• NON MOS member 2 & more sports: 1000 + 18% GST.
• Canon Photography Workshop: 500 + 18% GST. (Read below for more details)

How to find your MOS Membership Number? : If you do not remember your MOS Membership number, please click HERE to access the MOS membership data on Google Drive -> Press Ctrl+F to locate the "search in sheet" window on the top right side -> In the search window that gets highlighted, type your mobile number or email or name to search your details. If there are more than one search results, keep on pressing ENTER till you see your name details. Once you see your details, the extreme left column will show your membership number (between 1 and 6 digits). Write down this number and type it when you book your ticket.

Canon Photography Workshop: 

• The Photography Workshop will be Conducted By An Eminent Photographer Mr. Sagar Gosavi on 10th June 2023 (6pm To 8pm, Hall A1, 3rd Floor, PYC Gymkhana).
• This will be followed by Dinner And Fellowship. 
• This workshop is FREE to all the registered delegates of the sports day event.
• This workshop is Open To All Citizens although The Seats Are Limited.
• Friends/relatives Who Are Not Registered Delegates Of The Sports Event, Must Purchase This Ticket.
• Last minute entry to this workshop may not be possible, may please be noted.

Spot Registration:

• If at all we decide to accept spot registrations, the spot charges are going to be significantly higher to deter you to register for spot. Stay tuned for more information on this.
• If you are unsure of your participation as of now and do not mind pay for the spot, please click HERE to fill a Google Form to let us know your possible participation and your preferred choice of sport/s. What's included in the fees:

1. MOS will provide playing arena, breakfast and lunch on 10th and 11th June 2023 to all the sports participants.
2. MOS along with Canon India is hosting a Photography Workshop followed by Dinner & fellowship on 10 th June 2023. MOS will provide dinner on Saturday 10th June 2023 only to those pariticipants who ACTUALLY attend the Canon seminar that day. More details on this soon.
