POS AGM 2025

Dear Members,

We are happy to announce our Annual General Body meeting 2025. 

Date: 13th April 2025.

Time: 07.00 pm onwards.

Fees structure : (This online registration link will close on 13th April 2025 at 5pm. Please register well in time)

•       Single: Rs. 500 + 18% GST + 4.75% Gateway fees.
•      Couple: Rs. 700 + 18% GST + 4.75% Gateway fees.

Spot fees (including GST) : (No cash payments please. Please pay on the POS QR code which will be displayed at the counter. Your cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated!

• Rs.650/- for single and
• Rs.900/- for couple.

• Welcome speech by Hon. President.
• Confirmation of minutes of last General body meeting.
• Any matter arising from minutes.
• To receive and adopt report of Hon. Secretary.
• To receive and adopt report of Hon. Treasurer.
• Release of POSTER
• Awards to be presented.
  * POS Prof. Bhatawdekar award for the best DNB Student 2024-25.
  * POS Best Case Award
  * POS Award for Most Interesting Case
  * POS Award for Maximum number of case
• Member’s achievements.
• Ratification of new members.
• Declaration of Election Results: Vice President, Jt. Secretary, Jt. Treasurer,
  Managing Committee members, Editor Poster.
• Felicitation of outgoing members.
• Outgoing President’s speech and introduction of new President & handling over of
  charge.
• Incoming President’s acceptance speech.
• Installation of New Managing Committee.
• Appointment of Auditors for the year 2025-26.Any other matter with prior permission of the chair.
• Vote of thanks.

Announcements:

• Requesting all members to submit their achievements by 25 th march 2025.
