About the Event
What makes an artwork contemporary? What makes it tick and what makes it iconic? Reflecting on the evolution of contemporary art, this one of a kind event from 19th to 27th October 2024 at Dwija Art Gallery, Bangalore, takes one through a curated walkthrough from the past to the present.
The event led by artist Devajyoti Ray also campaigns for an art that can not only reflect but also foster positive social change.
The 9 day event will host an exclusive art show featuring 26 artworks meditating on the trends of contemporary art and thought, alongside a series of Keynote Addresses on the emerging 21st century trends in creative aesthetics and morals, particularly with reference to India.
