This Sailing Mixer is thoughtfully curated for singles whovalue authentic conversations in a relaxed, natural setting—free from noise,pressure, and distractions.
We begin by meeting on land to get acquainted, and then sailtogether into the evening, allowing the gentle rhythm of the sea to naturallydeepen connection.
📅 Date: Sunday, 18thJanuary
🕓 Schedule:
• 4:30 – 5:30 PM: Meet & mingle at Araku
• 5:30 PM: Depart together for Gateway of India
• 6:00 – 8:00 PM: Sailing experience
💰 Fees:
• Early Bird: ₹3,092 (includes sailing only) — valid until11th January
• Regular Rate: ₹3,500 (includes sailing only) — from 11thJanuary onwards
🥤 Onboard:
Only water will be available during the sailing to helpminimize sea sickness.
No food or other beverages will be served on board.

• First-time attendees are required to complete a briefscreening process to ensure a safe, respectful, and well-aligned groupexperience.
SCREENING PROCESS:
All new attendees are required to fill out the registrationform and undergo a brief phone interview. The venue and payment details will bedisclosed post successfully undergoing the screening process.

About our Events:
Our events are held at carefully selected venues where youcan feel at home & mingle in a non-intimidating environment.
With the exception of a one off day event, our events areusually at a convenient for working professionals- 9 pm to midnight.
The Idea:
The events are loosely broken up into 2 parts:
a. 6:00 to 6:30 pm will be introductions where you will meetother attendees, make stimulating conversation over unlimited wine or mocktails& finger food. Interact, talk about your-self, enjoy common interests &just soak in the experience. In our effort to make it more interactive, we mayhave a fun game or two to break the ice!!
b. 6: 30 pm onwards, you are free to interact with attendeesin a fun, secure party like setting.
Our humble suggestion:
To get the best out of such evenings, please try to focus onthe overall experience. Savour each interaction, feel the vibe & try notkeeping a count or an account of “how many” you meet or the number of drinksetc. please appreciate we are trying our best to provide you with a one of akind opportunity to meet, interact & possibly you taking things forwardwith the right person.
Things to keep in mind before attending our event:
o If you are not on the guest list, you won’t be let in.This event start post dinner at 5:00 pm and ends at 8:00 pm . We request you tocome on time so that you have a chance to settle in and meet everyone beforethe music is turned up.
o You must be legally single & NOT in a relationship tojoin our events.
o At the registration desk, you will need to register
o The full payment of Rs. 3,000/- will be collected inadvance before the event. At the day of the event, no payments will beentertained at the gate.
o We try our best to maintain a balanced ratio of men andwomen, and request you to inform us in case you have a change of plans.
o Come with an open mind, and put your best foot forward. Wewill be around to introduce members to each other, however, we encourage you tobe proactive too!
o Please be respectful of everyone at the party. We suggestexchanging email/Facebook IDs before phone numbers.
o If someone asks us for your contact information after theevent, we will share your email ID with them unless you’ve specifically askedus not to.
o Please try not to 'hog' anyone's time, and give guests achance to meet others.
o Please refrain from using the events to promote yourbusiness.
o Valet service will is be available at this particularvenue. You may try to request the valet to park your car.
o The fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot beused for a future event.
Other things to keep in mind:
o The Total Fee is Non-Refundable & Non-Negotiable.
o Fees will differ depending on the Venue.
o The fees are uniform for ALL. No special requests will beentertained.
o The service has been designed as an offering to be able toprovide you with a holistic experience. Should you wish to not avail of aparticular component of the offering, there will be no reduction in fees.
o Heart & Soul will not be held responsible for anyfalse or misleading information provided by members. Any memberintentionally providing false or misleading information will be banned fromfurther participation.
o Heart & Soul is not responsible for what takes placeoutside of the events or 1-on-1 meetings.
o Our familiarity with our members is limited to informationprovided on the registration form, and our brief interactions with them, andare by no means character references.
o We encourage members to take the time to get to know eachother before making any commitment.
o If you have a complaint about the behavior of our membersduring events or 1-on-1 meetings, we encourage you to inform one of our teammembers.
