      During this two-day course, gain an in-depth understanding of the Agile Principles, how it delivers value, and what you can do to effectively perform your role using Scrum. Learn how to write stories and break down features, plan and execute iterations, and plan Increments. Finally, learn about the continuous planning, improvement and agile culture. We cover the intention behind agile ways of working and the most common techniques that people are likely to encounter when working in or alongside agile teams.
