About the Event
Shenomics is excited to announce its next Mentoring Circle on the 12th of September at 11am, with Guest Expert Deepali Naair, Chief Marketing Officer of IBM India and South Asia, and one of India's topmost leaders in Marketing. She will join us to help demystify The Path to Senior Leadership.
With more than 25 years of experience, Deepali has numerous awards and has been recognised as the CMO of the year for 2020, by The Economic Times Most Promising Tech Marketers. She has previously worked with IIFL Investment Managers, Tata Motors and BPL Mobile among other companies, and has headed Products and Marketing at HSBC Global Asset Management, and was also Head of Marketing, E-Commerce and Customer Service at L&T. Deepali enjoys teaching and has mentored MBA students at top management institutes and is a mentor to e-commerce start-ups as advisory board member at multiple Start-up Accelerators.
In our Mentoring Circle, Deepali will touch upon:
- Her own path to top leadership roles in her career at leading organizations such as Mahindra Holidays, L&T Insurance, HSBC and now IBM
- Her journey of bringing about remarkable cultural transformation in a short span of time within the businesses under her leadership at IBM
