About the Event
Every year 10th of October is celebrated as World Mental Health Day to boost awareness of mental health, the importance of mental health, and why it matters! Mental health and well-being influence our thought patterns, feelings, and behaviours. In today's world of being social on virtual media, constantly creating, remaining visible, and gaining traction can also impact our well-being and mental health.
With this view, IMPA Mumbai Chapter presents a panel discussion on - Socially Anti-Social. This panel discussion will share insights on the boons and banes of social media, Creator/ Influencer fatigue, creative blocks, boundaries, privacy, toxicity, and (de)motivation, and how to overcome distractions, addictions, mental health, self-image, and body image.

Jasdeep Mago Jethani is a Neuropsychologist and emotional intelligence trainer. She is the co-founder of Invisible Illness India – a mental health organisation that aims to create happy workplaces.
Dr. Shivani Sharma
