SPJIMR - Admission to the PGPDM Programme-2022

 

The unique PGPDM program is designed for existing middle/senior-level executives in the development sector, to equip them with relevant modern management education, while familiarising them with appropriate tools and techniques towards becoming competent professionals.

 

The objective is to blend management education with the theory and practices of the social sector. The architecture of the program is specially geared and aligned so as to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of development practitioners working for NGOs, CSRs organisations of corporates, social enterprises, and the government. Some other key points are:

• The duration of the Program is 12 months spread over 3 terms and is modular in nature.
•  The Program is paced in a way that enables a participant to continue working and learning at an easy pace through the “Contact” sessions.
•  Classes are conducted in “Contacts” for 11 days, every 2 months. It will mean classes a full week between two weekends (which is 9 days), with possibly the other sessions in evenings on days adjoining the “Contact” period.
•  The classes will be a combination of 2 in-person “Contacts”, and 4 in virtual mode.
•  The Program covers highly relevant subjects like Fund Raising & Resource Mobilization, Monitoring and Evaluation, Qualitative Research, Social Media and Digital Marketing, Management of Change, etc., and new concepts like Design Thinking (an innovative problem-solving technique for the social sector), Impact Assessment, Public Policy, Theory of Change, etc.
•  A Field visit, and a Capstone Projects are key components of the Program to enhance reflective learning.

 

Eligibility: 

Graduates in any field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, are eligible to apply.

 

 Fees: 

a)   Participants from Corporates/Corporate Foundations/International NGOs:

              i. Rs.3,00,000 (Three Lakh only) + GST as applicable.

             ii. Payment terms: In advance - 2 options

a)  Full payment Rs.3,00,000: Qualifies for Lump Sum concession (5%) + Early Bird

b)  Term-wise payment: Rs. 1,00,000 + GST as applicable x 3 Terms

 

        b)     Participants from NGOs:

          i.  Rs. 1,50,000 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) + GST as applicable.

          ii. Payment terms: In advance - 2 options

a)   Full payment Rs.1,50,000: Qualifies for Lump Sum concession (5%) + Early Bird

b)   Term-wise payment: Rs. 50,000 + GST as applicable x 3 Terms
