Program Overview
Team coaching is a powerful coaching methodology that helps organizations achieve goals and improve performance.
It involves working with a group of individuals who work together with a common purpose and/or goal.
Team coaching upskills the team to build trust and psychological safety, develop an adaptive mindset, improve communication, enhance collaboration and feedback, and build stronger relationships.
Participants who complete this module and require class work will qualify to receive 14 ICF CCUEs and meet educational requirements towards ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
Module: The Art and Science of Transformative Team Coaching
This module explores the essential competencies and frameworks that underpin effective team coaching. Rooted in ICF Team Coaching Competencies, it goes beyond one-to-one coaching to address the unique dynamics of working with teams.
From ethical practices to fostering trust, presence, and growth, you’ll gain the skills to inspire transformation. Learn the art of contracting with the "Six P" framework and dive into proven team coaching models, including Peter Hawkins’ 5C Model. This module equips you to navigate complex team environments with confidence and drive meaningful, lasting change.
