What makes a villain a villain?

Is it what they do, what they believe, or simply the side of the story they're on?

From Vedha to Loki, Killmonger to Magneto, some characters were never entirely wrong. Some had motives we understood, choices we questioned, and moments where we found ourselves quietly agreeing with them.

This Story Night, let's revisit the characters we were supposed to hate and ask a simple question:

Were they really the villains?

Bring your favourite anti-hero, misunderstood antagonist, or morally grey character. Let's argue, debate, and see if the line between good and bad is really as clear as we think.
