Chithra Ramachandran is an experienced agilist, Servant Leader, and innovator in the product and Agile Coaching space with more than 17 years of experience. She enjoys being the person who believes and brings out the infinite potential of the people that she coaches.
She has coached several teams from huge financial organizations and trained thousands of people across various locations. Having facilitated the Agile Way of working in large digital transformations with both geographically distributed and co-located teams (1500+members), she finds her joy in the cross-pollination of practices across the organization. A well connected, voracious reader, with a flair for culture change and a nurturing mindset, she is a regular speaker in community meetups. This background has given her the opportunity to learn from hundreds of Agile Coaches in an enormous variety of client environments and from the wider international Agile community.
Her Coaching focus has been around grooming agile talent, helping leaders be truly Agile, building psychological safety, and empowered teams through coaching; this is where she sees the most success.
