What Is It About?

IFC’s Facilitating Face-To-Face Learning-Online is the Training of Trainers (ToT) program prepares trainers for effective facilitation and enables you to make your training programs more memorable, engaging, and impactful.

It answers questions, such as how to make effective and engaging introductions, content presentations, and conclusions; and how to encourage learner participation, use effective communication techniques, and manage time and difficult classroom situations.

The program expands on concepts on how to turn lectures into interactive training experiences that maximize participants’ attention and accelerate learning.

It is offered completely remotely, using live online sessions

It focuses on face-to-face and live online training

It is offered over a series of 6 sessions, spread over 2/3 weeks, for a total of 16 instructional hours

It requires participants to submit videos of themselves facilitating a 5-minute and a 15-minute training segment using the techniques taught in the course

The course if offered by DEEP ABILITY CONSULTING in Collaboration with International Finance Corporation (IFC)

What are the prerequisites for participating in the program?

You must complete the Self-Paced Foundations of Learning and Finding Your Path for Facilitation courses. Please share the certificates of completion with us once you have completed this two programs.

Mr. Parag is an IFC Certified Master Trainer & Lead Assessor. He has been chosen from a highly selective pool of professionals as IFC Master Trainer.

Mr. Parag has more than 26+ years of experience out of 16+ years in corporate environment and 10+ years as Coach, Facilitator & Entrepreneur having trained across various sectors and spectrum of people.

How is it offered?

• This program includes 6 modules, spread over 2/3 weeks, for a total of 12 instructional hours.
• The program is offered online on zoom platform.
• In between the sessions, participants will be expected to complete self-study work and participate in group exercises.
• Participants will also be required to submit videos of themselves facilitating a 5-minute and a 15-minute training segment using the techniques taught in the course.
