Training Need Identification is a process utilised to identify the skills or knowledge to be provided to the employees of an organisation to improve their work productivity. It is vital to conduct and complete a Training Needs Assessment for the following three reasons:

About the Speaker:
Ganesh Dalvi is an expert in organisational development, a IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, and a Learning Strategist and lives by the mantra, The knowledge I receive is not mine to keep. He graduated from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Welingkar Institute. He brings two decades of experience working with leading brands such as Reliance Retail, McDonalds’, JW Marriott, and The Lalit by designing HR, L&D, and OD strategies.
