TTOT OUTBOUND RETREAT
About the Event
TTOT OUTBOUND RETREAT is a residential camp organised in a remote resort with the aim of creating a learning environmet in which the participants immerse in a nature sojourn keeping the normal distractions of urban life and away from technology, particularly Internet and Social Media.
This learning intervention is to prepare forward looking trainers for the predictable corporate and business environment where organisations will be soon formulating their 'Comeback strategies' when work is resumed in the new normal.
Just like the post war actions of a 'review of the situation, examining losses in manpower and equipment and restoring it back by filling in voids and raising the morale of the emotionally damaged soldiers, organisations will need to work on similar lines to be prepared for the market challenges and client expectations of the future.
TTOT OUTBOUND RETREAT will also provide the much needed vent to open up from the environment of being locked down at ho
me for almost 2 years.

Stay - Comfortable tents / cottages on twin/ triple sharing basis.
