Program Overview:

Team coaching is a powerful coaching methodology that helps organizations achieve goals and improve performance. It involves working with a group of individuals who work together with a common purpose and/or goal.

Team coaching upskills the team to build trust and psychological safety, develop an adaptive mindset, improve communication, enhance collaboration and feedback, and build stronger relationships.

Participants who complete this module and require class work will qualify to receive 14 ICF CCUEs and meet educational requirements towards ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).

Module 1: Walk into the world of Team Coaching

This foundational module provides an in-depth introduction to the world of team coaching, focusing on its purpose, principles, and unique value. You’ll explore the distinctions between team coaching and other team development approaches, such as facilitation, mentoring, and consulting, and understand what defines a "real team."

Through engaging discussions, case studies, and myth-busting exercises, you’ll gain clarity on the role of the team coach and the key principles that guide impactful coaching.

Whether you’re new to team coaching or expanding your skills, this module equips you with the essential insights to foster collaboration, trust, and lasting team success.
