War Of The Bands

Rules & Regulations:

• Age: Under 30 yrs with ID Mandatory
• Band Team Size: 3-6 members
• Rounds: Eliminations, Finals
• Registration: No on-ground slots will be available, all registrations shall be online before 26th August 2021
• Competition Fee: ₹500/- for each band member
• Judging Criteria: Vocal performance, Instrumentalist performance, Choice of songs, Music, Tightness, Synchronization, Originality, Presentation, Crowd Response, Overall Impact

Winner:

• Cash Prize Money of ₹25,000 will be awarded to the winning band
• The Winner Band will be awarded A Song Recording in our very own associated studio AUDIO GARAGE DIGITAL STUDIO (Juhu)
• Best Vocalist, Best Guitarist, Best Bass Player, Best Drummer, Best Keyboardist / additional instrumentalist will be awarded a cash prize of ₹5000 each
• Judges: Ranjit Barot, Mohini Dey, Mohan Kannan

Eliminations:

• Participants will have a slot of up to 30 minutes for setup, soundcheck and clearance.
• Each band is allotted 30 minutes of performance time.
• Original composition won’t be allowed in the eliminations round.
• Mumbai Music Institute Will provide 1 Drum Kit, 1 Guitar amp, 1 Bass Guitar amp, Keyboard Amp, DI, Microphones, Cables as well as on stage monitors.
• All the bands are requested to carry their pieces of equipment in incase of any extra requirement of Cymbals, Trash, Double Bass Pedal etc.
• An individual can be a part of ONLY 1 registered band

Finals:

• Participants will have a slot of 30 minutes including setup and clearance.
• Original compositions are allowed to perform in the final round
• Note: Covers performed in the elimination round cannot be performed in the finals. However, the original composition can be repeated.
