Abanti Dasgupta, alumnae from ICBI is training and consulting as a confidence coach for the corporates. Coming from an HR career with over 22 years’ experience in industry having served in Leadership Roles, she was always keen on building confidence for the workforce in corporate sectors and taking care of their mental well-being.
She has done her Executive MBA in HR from IIM Lucknow and M.sc from Jadavpur University, her career spanning more than two-decades has seen her in various capacities in several large Indian and leading foreign multinationals across sectors such as Sanofi, Max New York Life Insurance, Kotak Life Insurance, Bharti Axa Life Insurance and Cognizant Technologies. Currently she is working as the Head of HR for AES Technologies India.
