About the Author.

Hi. I’m Narayanan Subramaniam, the author of this course.

A very senior Learning and Development Specialist, I am a motivational leader, and excellent speaker, bringing in a rare level of acumen. An ‘Out of the Box’ thinker, I am a keen planner, with skills in monitoring core deliverables. I have an impressive record of achievements, over a long and illustrious career of over 30 years in the corporate space.  

I am vastly qualified, with a Bachelor’s degree in Pure Sciences, and two Post Graduate Diplomas in Business Administration and Marketing Management. I hold a Master Diploma in Training from Indo Russian Academy of Training & Development (IRATD). I am also a certified Lead Auditor under QMS systems. He has attended several Continuing Education programs in institutions such as Administrative Staff College of India - Hyderabad, Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore, and KPMG.

I have more than 15 years’ experience in Learning and Development, and have handled a wide range of responsibilities in this vertical. My skills in training and mentoring have benefitted many peers and subordinates, in organizations in India and abroad.
